How To Beat The Heat
Summer time. The children are free from their shackles (school), you can go outside without shoveling your car out for two hours, and you can enjoy the sun shining in your office window (after you murder your boss for making you work Saturday). There's only one problem. It's hotter than Hell outside. But don't worry, because here are some tips on how to beat the heat (not literally). 1. Drink water. Lots of water. Water is your friend. Not that friend who your're nice to their face, then you turn around and plot a brutal and painful death for them. Rather, water is your new bff. The biggest thing water does is it helps to keep you hydrated. This may not seem like much, but it keeps you from getting sick from dehydration, and making you feel even worse. You can also add ice cubes to the water, so it will be ice cold, to help cool you down. Bonus tip: to tell if you are hydrated, look at your pee.
